Stories with Santa December 8th @ Main Library

Huntington City-Township Public Library will sponsor a Stories With Santa program at 10 am on Saturday, December 8th at the Main Library, 255 West Park Drive, Huntington.   The program will include a holiday-themed story time session, and each child will receive a small gift from Santa, sponsored by the Psi Iota Xi sorority. Parents are invited to bring their cameras to take pictures of their child with Santa Claus.  There is no charge to attend, and kids of all ages are welcome, although the story time session is geared for kids ages 3 & up.  Registration is appreciated, but not required.  Parents may register their children by calling the Library at 260-356-2900.

Library, Altrusa Club to offer Holiday Sing-Along December 4th

Do you like singing traditional carols and holiday songs?  Huntington City-Township Public Library and the Altrusa Club are sponsoring a free Holiday Sing Along, which begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, December 4th at the Main Library, 255 West Park Drive, Huntington.  A song leader and accompanist will be on hand, and holiday refreshments will be available.  The whole community is invited, and no registration is required – the more the merrier, so bring family and friends!

HCTPL Friends of the Library to host Holiday Book Boutique Saturday, December 1st

Huntington City-Township Public Library invites the community to the Friends of the Library‘s annual Holiday Book Boutique, to be held from 9 am – 4 pm on Saturday, December 1st @ the Main Library, 255 West Park Drive, Huntington.  Items offered for sale will include very gently used books, movies, music, and other items of gift-giving quality. Children and teens are particularly invited to attend this sale and shop for gifts for parents and siblings.

Donations of nearly new and very gently used books, movies, music CDs, games and other items for the Holiday Book Boutique are being accepted at the HCTPL Main Library until Wednesday, November 28.   For more information, contact the Main Library at 260-356-0824.
