Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice celebrates 200 years

Thus begins Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, a novel that has been read by millions, translated into dozens of languages, and adapted into movies, TV shows, graphic novels, and parodied multiple times over. To celebrate this bicentennial, the Huntington City-Township Public Library will hold a contest at both the Huntington Main Library and the Markle Branch. To enter, answer 10 trivia questions about Jane Austen, her life, her books, and more. The entry with the most correct answers will win. In the event of a tie, the winner will be drawn at random from correct entries. The winner will receive a deluxe hardback edition of Pride and Prejudice. Entries must be received by Saturday, November 30th, winners will be notified the following week.
