Huntington City-Township Public Library invites adventure, comedy and romance lovers of all ages to a free Valentine Movie Night, featuring The Princess Bride. The feature, which is rated PG, will begin promptly at 6pm on Thursday, February 14th at the Main Library, 255 West Park Drive, Huntington. Valentine-themed snacks will be provided – bring your own (nonalcoholic) beverages and a bean bag chair or other comfortable seating if you wish. Library offers free Valentine Make & Take craft for grades 6 – 12

Huntington City-Township Public Library invites students in grades 6 – 12 to visit either library location to create their own Make It & Take It Valentine Box, anytime during regular library hours from January 30 – February 28. HCTPL Friends of the Library to host Holiday Book Boutique Saturday, December 1st

Huntington City-Township Public Library invites the community to the Friends of the Library‘s annual Holiday Book Boutique, to be held from 9 am – 4 pm on Saturday, December 1st @ the Main Library, 255 West Park Drive, Huntington. Items offered for sale will include very gently used books, movies, music, and other items of gift-giving quality. Children and teens are particularly invited to attend this sale and shop for gifts for parents and siblings.

Donations of nearly new and very gently used books, movies, music CDs, games and other items for the Holiday Book Boutique are being accepted at the HCTPL Main Library until Wednesday, November 28. For more information, contact the Main Library at 260-356-0824.

Huntington, Markle Public Libraries to host Pumpkin Decorating Contest Oct. 19-23

Huntington City-Township Public Library invites pumpkin decorators of all ages to enter our annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest, open to individuals, families, groups, and clubs of all kinds. Between October 19-23, decorated pumpkins may be brought to either branch of Huntington City-Township Public Library. The HCTPL Main Library is located at 255 West Park Drive, Huntington, and the HCTPL Markle Branch Library is located at 197 East Morse Street, Markle.
